Neus Rotger

Neus Rotger is an associate professor of comparative literature in the Arts and Humanities Department at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a guest lecturer at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Within the Global Literary Studies Research Lab, she coordinates the research line on the Global Novel.

She has been a visiting researcher at the Center for the Study of the Novel (Stanford University), the Centre de Recherche de Littérature Comparée (Université Sorbonne-Paris IV), and the Department of Rhetoric (University of California, Berkeley).

Her research focuses on the theory and history of the novel, cultural history, and world and global literatures. She has published essays in Revue de Littérature Comparée, Studies in the Novel, Journal of Global History, Peter Lang, and Amsterdam University Press.
