Alexandra Orduña Moraga

Alexandra Orduña Moraga is following the last year of an undergraduate degree in English Studies at the University of Barcelona.

Over the course of her degree, she became interested in English language as well as Anglophone literatures, especially in exploring
different cultures.

She has recently joined the ERC Starting Grant project MapModern- “Social Networks of the Past. Mapping Hispanic and Lusophone Literary Modernity, 1898-1959” as a research assistant, where she has been introduced to the analysis of literature in intercultural and multilingual networks.

Her research interests focus on the new decentred ways of understanding cultural history and how the past affects our present.
