GlobalNovel virtual seminar by Treasa De Loughry (University College Dublin)

Next Wednesday, February 22, 2023, we are organizing the next GlobalNovel virtual seminar by Treasa De Loughry (University College Dublin).

The seminar is based on her monograph The Global Novel and Capitalism in Crisis: Contemporary Literary Narratives (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020), and will consider how capitalism’s ‘regular’ developmental crises and epochal crises are registered in disciplinary and representational terms.

Seminar: “’…a crisis whose gravity has not revealed itself’: Capitalist Realism and David Mitchell’s Global Novels”, by Treasa De Loughry (University College Dublin)
From 3pm to 5pm (CET)

On Treasa De Loughry
