Anna Fernández Iglesias

Anna Fernández Iglesias is a master’s student in Digital Humanities (UB), a task that she combines with her doctoral dissertation (URV), under the project “The construction of the past in archaic and classical Greece: compositional mechanisms, genealogies and catalogues” , which proposes the reconstruction of the past through classical literature and epigraphy.

He graduated in Archaeology, as well as History (UB), and holds a MA in Greek and Eastern Mediterranean Archeology (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) specializing in the Archaic Period, cultural movements and literature.

Her research interests include cultural flows, classical literature and origin myths, as well as their effect on political and cultural identities.
